DELIVERY METHODS
Information packages, brochures and DVDs are delivered via US mail, priority mail and express mail if needed. All packages are shipped from the US only. Shipping charges only apply to DVD shipment ($8 US/Canada, $12 International).
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If a trip participant cancels at any time before the activity, there will be no refund of deposit. The trip fee balance is due in full 75 days before the starting date of that activity. If the participant cancels less than 75 days before the starting date, there will be absolutely no reimbursement of fees. Powder South is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any airline tickets. Powder South is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage or equipment, or any expenses incurred in the event of such loss or damage. If Powder South chooses to cancel a trip for reasons other than the above stated, payment will be refunded in full.
